Beulah Camp is an awesome place and this summer, Journey Kids Ministry will be attending summer church camp there! There aren’t many things as important for spiritual growth in the lives of kids as an opportunity to be a summer church camp! Put it on your calendar and register today (scholarships are available).
BEULAH BIBLE CAMP – JUNE 24-27 | Current 4th and 5th gradershttp://www.troyumc.org/event/beulah-bible-camp-2/
BEULAH BEGINNING CAMP – JUNE 28-29 | Current 1st, 2nd & 3rd gradershttp://www.troyumc.org/event/beulah-beginning-camp-2/
How do we register?
Print off the form (above), fill it out and bring it along with the registration payment to Sarah or the church office. You may also register online through the conference camping office, though, we’re happy to do that for you here in the office.
How will they get there?
We will carpool to the camp and if you are willing to be a driver, contact Courtney Bettis, who will be heading up the organization of both camps.
Can parents go?
Parents are welcome to go as sponsors, but will need to register to attend, fill out all the needed paperwork and go through sponsor training / background checks.
Where do kids sleep?
Our Troy UMC kids group will stay together in the dorms (girls side with Courtney Bettis and staff and guys side with Loren Fear and staff). The dorms are some of the newest buildings with private, individual bathrooms and air conditioning.
What will happen during the day?
During the day, kids will have an awesome time in worship in a huge 120 year old tabernacle, bible studies, fun activities, recreation, great meals in the dining hall and plenty of time to hangout with new friends. There isn’t a swimming pool on the grounds, but swimming at a city pool is one of the evening activities one night. Harvest Ministry will be leading worship and children will get a lot out of the speakers and teachers. A camp nurse will be available on site all week and the event is attended by a number of church kids groups from around the conference.
IF YOUR STUDENTS ARE IN MIDDLE SCHOOL, TROY UMC WILL BE ATTENDING BEULAH JUNIOR HIGH ALIVE AGAIN THIS SUMMER!
