Student Ministry is Important Because:
- it helps form the faith in students
- it helps build community and friendship among students
- it gives students opportunities for mission and ministry together
What to Expect:
When you arrive at 6:00 pm, there will be someone to greet you and you can have supper. At 6:30, anywhere from 30-70 students will meet in the sanctuary (and there’s room for lots more!) for worship and music. Clint and the group will lead a couple songs before jumping into the short session or study led by Kurt. From there, you will break into small group (divided by age – high school and middle school). During the small groups you will have time for response and conversation on issues of faith, growing in Christ and living a Godly life. The student ministry officially concludes at 8:00 pm.
Get your calendar out, get student ministry firmed up on your schedule, then plan other stuff around it.
Invite friends to join you!
