What is NLY?

life:1. A characteristic state or mode of living 2.The experience of being alive 3. The period from the present until death.
youth: 1.An early period of development 2. The appearance, freshness, vigor, spirit, etc. 3. The time of being young.
NLY’sThreefold Purpose:
Restore. We must help restore ourstudent’s generation and win it over – or someone else will. A youth ministry of significance willsee students won to Christ weekly.
Grow. We must help the students grow in Christ.We are called me make disciples, not Christians. A youth ministry should have a systematic approach to the spiritual formation of their students.
Develop. We must develop our students to be evangelist. The effectiveness of our youth ministry is not how many students we can obtain, but how manystudents we can equip to send out into ministry. It is our mission to equip students to be effective in any ministry.
