Rev. Dan Perry

Dan spent his early years involved in Music and Youth Ministries before attending Asbury Seminary in Wilmore, KY. He began his full-time service to the church as a Youth/Youth Choir Director at Ripley FUMC in Ripley, TN and later as Youth/Youth Choir Minister at St. Matthew UMC in Belleville, IL. He served as pastor in Taylorsville & Bloomfield, KY; Highland, IL; and Tremont, IL. After retiring in July of 2018 he joined the staff at Troy UMC as the Care Pastor.
Dan resides in Highland, IL with his wife, Carol. In his free time, Dan is a part of the the Rivers of Life Band, a Contemporary Christian Band composed of four other United Methodist clergy. Dan is lead singer and plays guitar in the band. The group has recorded 1 CD titled “Zealous Love.”
