Our purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

Join this exciting group of women on the 2nd Thursday of each month. There is an afternoon group that meets at 1:00 pm, an d an evening group that meets at 7:00pm. Both groups meet in rooms 116/117 (next to the kitchen).

All women are invited to attend a special United Methodist Women’s Meeting on Thursday, April 12 1:00-3:00 p.m. (in the Family Life Center). Guest Speaker will be Corey Johnston, Director of Student Ministries at Troy UMC. Childcare provided upon request to church office at 667-6241.

The Mississippi River District annual spring luncheon will be held on Saturday, April 21, 9:30-2:30 at Union UMC, Belleville. Reservations will be taken at our April meeting. Items to bring to our next meeting for Cunningham Children's Home are: men's body wash, Walmart, McDonalds and Subway gift cards. Items for Lessie Bates are: shampoo (adult & baby), deodorant (men & women) and white T-shirts (all sizes).

Change the life of a child by donating quilts, afghans, crafts and baked goods to the Cunningham Children’s home in Urbana, IL! The United Methodist Women are collecting these items to be sent! Contact Sue Hansel about your donation 667-9359. Donate by April 18!
